Bozman Sign Company Mailbox Terms and Conditions

 

You must verify the mailbox system in the photo for the item you choose is your mailbox. Some subdivisions have more than one style. If you wish to change your mailbox system to another style approved for your subdivision, you must obtain approval from your homeowners association (HOA). Bozman Sign Company will not obtain approval for you and is not responsible if you order the wrong mailbox. All sales are final.

The shipping address will be your installation address.

Our mailbox systems are custom built for your subdivision. And all sales are final.  There will be no refunds if you cancel your order once construction has begun on your mailbox system. We require 5-7 business days to build and paint your mailbox. Installation will be scheduled for the nearest date we will be in your area after your mailbox system has been completed. You will receive an email notification of the installation date. You do not need to be home. There may be rare times when we are out of a component for a particular mailbox system or it is on back order. When this happens, we will notify you of a delay in your installation. At your request we can provide a temporary mailbox and if so, additional charges will apply. Once your system has been installed do not touch it. The system has been installed in concrete which requires 24 hours to set. We are not responsible if your mailbox is disturbed before the concrete has cured.  Due to this, additional charges will apply if we must straighten or reset your mailbox.

If you need an existing or damaged system replaced there is an additional charge for removal. If you do not choose mailbox removal when placing your order and any part of the system or concrete must be removed once we arrive, there will be an additional charge.

You must notify us when placing your order if you have an irrigation system, underground invisible pet fence or if you are in a gated community that requires a gate code for access.  We are not responsible for any damage to these systems if that information is not provided when placing your order.  If gate code is not provided and we cannot gain access to your subdivision for installation there will be an additional charge for each additional trip.

Mailbox systems are warrantied for a period of one year from installation date from faulty components or workmanship. We are not responsible for damage to your mailbox caused by it being struck by any object, animal or acts of God.  Our technicians will inspect for such damage when making warrantied repairs. We are not responsible for damage to any type of vehicle or property that strikes the mailbox system. We do not perform onsite welding or painting.  If welding or painting is required for repair, your system will be removed and returned to our shop for such work.

Installation is included in all full mailbox system pricing.  Any difference in pricing for identical mailbox systems is due to differences in distance from our shop and time involved for replacement or installation. Pricing may change without notice.

Changes to the Terms
BozmanSigns.com reserves the right to modify these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion and without any notice. Changes to our Terms become effective on the date they are posted and your continued use of BozmanSigns.com after any changes to Terms will signify your agreement to be bound by them.

2. Provision of Services
You agree and acknowledge that BozmanSigns.com is entitled to modify, improve or discontinue any of its services at its sole discretion and without notice to you even if it may result in you being prevented from accessing any information contained in it. Furthermore, you agree and acknowledge that BozmanSigns.com is entitled to provide services to you through subsidiaries or affiliated entities.

3. Proprietary Rights
You acknowledge and agree that BozmanSigns.com may contain proprietary and confidential information including trademarks, service marks and patents protected by intellectual property laws and international intellectual property treaties. Our content may not be sold, reproduced, or distributed without our written permission. Any third-party trademarks, service marks and logos are the property of their respective owners and their existence on BozmanSigns.com should not be construed as an endorsement of any product, brand or belief. Any further rights not specifically granted herein are reserved.

5. Termination of Agreement
The Terms of this agreement will continue to apply in perpetuity until terminated by either party without notice at any time for any reason. Terms that are to continue in perpetuity shall be unaffected by the termination of this agreement.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
You understand and agree that your use of BozmanSigns.com is entirely at your own risk and that our services are provided "As Is" and "As Available". BozmanSigns.com does not make any express or implied warranties, endorsements or representations whatsoever as to the operation of the BozmanSigns.com website, information, content, materials, or products. This shall include, but not be limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and warranties that access to or use of the service will be uninterrupted or error-free or that defects in the service will be corrected.

7. Limitation of Liability
You understand and agree that BozmanSigns.com and any of its subsidiaries or affiliates shall in no event be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages. This shall include, but not be limited to damages for loss of profits, business interruption, business reputation or goodwill, loss of programs or information or other intangible loss arising out of the use of or the inability to use the service, or information, or any permanent or temporary cessation of such service or access to information, or the deletion or corruption of any content or information, or the failure to store any content or information. The above limitation shall apply whether or not BozmanSigns.com has been advised of or should have been aware of the possibility of such damages. In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not allowed the liability of BozmanSigns.com is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

8. External Content
BozmanSigns.com may include hyperlinks to third-party content, advertising or websites. You acknowledge and agree that BozmanSigns.com is not responsible for and does not endorse any advertising, products or resource available from such resources or websites.

9. Jurisdiction
You expressly understand and agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the country, state, province or territory determined solely by BozmanSigns.com to resolve any legal matter arising from this agreement or related to your use of BozmanSigns.com. If the court of law having jurisdiction, rules that any provision of the agreement is invalid, then that provision will be removed from the Terms and the remaining Terms will continue to be valid.

10. Entire Agreement
You understand and agree that the above Terms constitute the entire general agreement between you and BozmanSigns.com. You may be subject to additional Terms and conditions when you use, purchase or access other services, affiliate services or third-party content or material.

11. Changes to the Terms
