Mailbox systems include all parts and installation. Removal of existing system is an additional charge.

If you need an existing or damaged system replaced there is an additional charge. If you do not choose mailbox removal and any part of the system or concrete must be removed once we arrive, there will be an additional charge.

Please verify the mailbox system in the photo for the item you choose is your mailbox. Some subdivisions have more than one style. Bozman Sign Company is not responsible if you order the wrong mailbox.

The shipping address will be your installation address.

Our mailbox systems are custom built for your subdivision. We require 5-7 business days to build and paint your mailbox. Installation will be scheduled for the nearest date we will be in your area after your mailbox system has been completed. You will receive an email notification of the installation date. You do not need to be home. Once your system has been installed do not touch it. The system has been installed in concrete which requires 24 hours to set.

Please notify us if you have an irrigation system, underground invisible pet fence or if you are in a gated community that requires a gate code for access.

Irrigation lines & underground fencing must be flagged.  Bozman is not responsible for damage to unflagged underground lines.  Irrigation line must be tested & reported to Bozman within 3 days after installation for repair.  Bozman is not responsible for buried lines of any sort, in cases where the system has been hit, as underground lines can be twisted during the accident.

Bozman is not responsible for disturbance of grass or landscaping adjacent to mailbox system.

REFUNDS ASSOCIATED WITH CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO A 6% REFUND FEE.
